Hi! My name is Kaitlin, and I’m addicted to baking.

 

It all started when I was a kid, with the help of my parents and grandparents and some creatively decorated Christmas cookies. As I grew up, my love for baking (and my sugar addiction) grew stronger, and by the time I was thirteen I was carrying around cookbooks and taking baking classes. After getting a degree from The Culinary Institute of America and spending a few years baking for my friends and family, I decided it was time to expand my reach—and Baked Addiction was born.
